Pastor Search Team (Pastor Search Team)

Following approval by the Church Council and the Church in Conference, the Transition Leadership Team began the process of selecting Westwood’s Pastor Search Team. The process used for selecting the Pastor Search Team and the qualifications to be considered were approved by the church on April 22.   The Transition Leadership Team reviewed nominations received from the church as well as others already serving as leaders of small groups or on various work teams. After much prayer, discussion and more prayer, the team is unified in their belief that God has led them to the individuals presented as Westwood’s Pastor Search Team. These individuals were also reviewed by the Church Council on Sunday, May 20th, and they were unanimous in their approval of the team as presented. The church voted on this in Conference on Sunday, June 3rd at all Campus following the last worship service.
